YTAA helps young people see their strengths not as a label, but as a starting point for development.
Why it matters
Many young people receive fragmented information about themselves: grades, tests, parents' opinions, market trends. Rarely do these signals add up to a coherent picture from which they can make their own choice.
YTAA creates a space where potential is considered through experience, reflection and feedback — not through automatic classification or comparison with others.
Our approach
We combine group experience, individual reflection and community support. No technology gives a ready-made answer; technology only helps structure what the participant has already demonstrated.
Nova Polis can be one of the practical formats within YTAA, but the association remains broader than one product or game.
