Help a teenager see their strengths — in action, not in a questionnaire.
Nova Polis is a four-hour simulation in which a teenager builds a city in a team, while adults receive an objective picture of their competencies, a personal report and a career map with matching study pathways.

What the participant receives
- Game experience: 4 hours of live team simulation — negotiation, resource trading, strategy, city of 3D models.
- Competency profile: 12 competencies from three perspectives — self, peers, facilitator. See not only strengths but also the gap between how the teenager sees themselves and how others see them.
- Career map: future professions with match score, demand trend and honest “what to develop next”. Not a verdict — a map of options.
- Learning pathways: university directions and programmes matching the profile.

Safety and data
We work with minors, so data protection is part of the product: informed parental consent; limited retention periods; results are never transferred to universities or employers without explicit consent; the report is a recommendation, not a diagnosis or admission decision.
