Frequently asked questions

Do universities or employers receive participants’ personal data?
Only with the participant’s explicit informed consent (and a parent’s where required), and only the data agreed in advance.
Does YTAA guarantee university admission or a job?
No. We provide orientation, evidence of competencies and connections — never guarantees.
Is the game result a psychological diagnosis?
No. It is a structured observation of behaviour in a simulation, combined with self- and peer assessment.
How is YTAA related to Nova Polis?
Nova Polis is operated by a separate commercial company. YTAA licenses it as its foundational assessment tool under a written agreement and conflict-of-interest rules.
Can a participant appeal their profile?
Yes. Every report includes a factual error-correction procedure.
